There's something deeply calming about holding beads in your hands, your mind naturally begins to quiet. Offering a much-needed break from daily worries and challenges.


Our beading workshops provide more than just a creative outlet. They offer a safe space to be yourself, gentle companionship with others who understand your journey, and the satisfaction of creating something beautiful during difficult times. Art therapy, including beading, has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and feelings of isolation – something we witness firsthand in every session.
